1、摘要厌氧一好氧工艺在含蛋白质和脂类食品废水处理中,发挥着重要作用。由于厌氧阶段停留时间长,对有机物的去除率相对较低,使得进入后续处理的有机负荷较高,从而影响后续处理的顺利进行,进而影响最终出水水质,因此必须对厌氧处理过程进行强化。本论文以兼性菌强化厌氧处理过程为主要研究内容,以餐饮业下水道污泥为菌种来源,经分离筛选得到一株菌(B3),对该菌的适宜培养条件进行研究,并考察了该菌去除NH3-N能力、耐盐性及对不同水质厌氧处理过程的强化效果。实验结果表明,B3菌是一株兼氧菌,具有较好的去除NH3-N能力,能够在NaCI浓度<5%时生长良好;B3菌对屠宰废水
2、、模拟冰淇淋废水和生活污水的厌氧处理过程,能够起到生物强化作用:投菌污泥对COD的去除率比空白污泥依次提高20%~50%、30%及30%。对屠宰废水的处理实验表明,通过向厌氧污泥投加B3菌、好氧污泥投加芽孢杆菌,对生物系统进行强化,其最终出水的COD及NH3-N去除率依次提高17.13%及49.28%。对模拟冰淇淋废水的处理实验表明,B3菌在对厌氧过程进行生物强化的同时,对后续好氧处理也有一定影响。随少量厌氧悬浮污泥进入好氧系统的B3菌,促进了好氧过程COD及NH3-N的去除,尤其是对NH3-N的去除率提高约39.43%,说明B3菌具有很强的去除NH
