1、第21卷第6期电力技术经济VO1．21NO．62009年12月Elec~icPowerTechnologicEconomicsDec．2oo9文章编号：1008—1682(2009)06—0036—07金融危机以来河北南网用电量的情况分析张晶(河北省电力公司，河北石家庄056000)摘要：居民生活用电的快速增长是近期拉动河北南网电量增长的主要动力，对用电量起到决定性作用的大工业用电仍未完全恢复。高耗能行业特别是钢铁行业发展趋势对河北南网用电量影响巨大。钢铁行业受拉动内需政策影响，部分企业生产出现良好增长势头，但行业整体产能过剩矛盾突出，行业后期发展并不乐观；建材、化

5、heexcessiveproductioncapacityoftheironandsteelindustry，however，indicatesthatthedevelopmentofthewholeindustrycannotbeoptimisticinthelaterperiod．Afectedbythemarket，thepowerconsumptionofthebuildingmaterialsandchemicalindustryfluctuatessignificantly．Therefore，despitetherec~ntrecoveringpowe
