1、摘要水曲柳(Fraxinusmandshurica)和落叶松(Lar打gmelinii)是我国东北地区最重要的工业用材树种,分别受VA菌根真菌和外生菌根真菌侵染。因此,本研究以水曲柳和落叶松人工林为研究对象,通过施N肥试验、不同季节和不同土壤深度根系取样,主要研究:菌根真菌对l级根侵染率与土壤N有效性、季节和土壤深度的关系;分析菌根真菌对l级根直径、长度和比根长的影响;施肥对1级根直径、长度和比根长的影响;探讨季节、土壤深度、施N肥处理和菌根侵染对1级根直径、长度和比根长综合作用。研究结果表明:菌根真菌侵染使落叶松1级根直径显著
2、增加(p<0.001),长度显著下降(P<0.001),比根长显著下降(班O.001)。其中,对照样地有菌根侵染和未侵染的直径表层分别为:0.39i-0.06mm和O.32_+0.04mm,亚表层分别为:0.37_+0.03mm和0.32+O.02toni,施肥样地表层分别为:O.41_+0.08toni和0.32_+0.02mill,亚表层分别为:0.401-0.06mill和0.3l±o.04mm。菌根真菌侵染使对照和施肥样地平均单根长度降低23.7%和24.1%;比根长分别降低16.3%和19.3%。内生菌根真菌侵染对水曲
3、柳l级根直径基本没有影响,长度稍有降低和比根长显著降低(矿,o.05)。。两树种旌肥处理样地表层、亚表层及对照样地表层、亚表层的根尖直径差异不显著(矿O.05),施肥对水曲柳和落叶松l级根平均直径有相同的影响,二者都略有降低(矿O.05)。水曲柳和落叶松各施肥处理样地表层、亚表层及对照样地表层、亚表层的l级根长度差异不显著(矿O.05),施肥对水曲柳和落叶松l级根平均长度有相同的影响,二者都是表层长度略有增加,亚表层长度则减小(胪O.05)。施肥对水曲柳和落叶松1级根比根长的影响与长度的趋势相同。施肥使落叶松和水曲柳林地的菌根侵
