4、leYanbu,andwouldbeabletobuytechnologyofftheshelfforthecomplexfacility,whichfeatureshydrocrackingandcokingunits.Whereitdoesneedhelpisinmarketing,preferablyinNorthAmericaandEurope—giventherefinery’slocationonthekingdom’swesterncoast—asareplacementforConoco’sUSandEuropeandistributionnet
5、works(PIWMay3,p1).Theenergy-hungrySaudidomesticmarketwouldbeanoutletforgasolineanddiesel,butwouldnotcon-sumealltherefinery’sproducts,sourcessay.Aramcoisalsointhemiddleofaheavyprogramofdownstreamactivity,andmightsimplywantsomehelpmanagingandfundingthe$8.7billionfacility.“Withtheloadth
