5、poledesignandproposedthemajorrequirementsformanufactureandinstallation.ThisRegulationbegantoformulatein1996,finishedoutlinecheckandreviewinFebruary1997andfinishedcheckandreviewofdraftforexaminationinDecember1999.Duringtheprocessofcompiling,chiefdevelopmentorganization,jointlywitheachparticip

6、atingdevelopmentorganization,madeextensiveinvestigationstodesign,manufactureandoperationdepartmentsofdomesticsteelpoleanddidnecessarytestsandactualmeasurements.ImplementofthisRegulationwillprovidereliablecriteriatostandardizationfordomesticsteelpoles.Thisstandardisproposedandunderthejurisdic
