1、电力定价模式比较研究研究生：秦健导师：周勤教授东南大学摘要本论文依据宏观经济学、产业经济学理论，以江苏电力市场输配电定价模式为研究对象，以相关的法律法规和国务院、国家发改委以及国家电网公司的有关文件为依据，以对国际上主要输配电价定价模式的分析研究为基础，提出尽快建立适合江苏电网发展的定价模式。本论文首先总结了国内外电价理论的研究和实践，分析比较了三种主要的输配电定价模式，并得出适合我国现阶段国情的定价模式。通过对江苏某县级供电公司“十五”期间电网发展和经营状况的分析，验证现行电价政策与国家确定的成本加收益定价模式之间的差异，指出形成成
