1、分级模式下社区居家养老服务研究——以深圳市L区为例摘要随着我国老龄化程度的不断加深，社区居家养老服务已成为我国养老服务的重要组成部分。本文采用文献研究、问卷调研、案例分析等研究方法，从深圳市L区老年人能力等级、老年人需求分析、社区居家养老设施建设（主要调研L区辖区内建设的星光老人之家、社区党群服务中心、社区老年人日间照料中心这三种类型的养老服务设施）、社区居家养老服务开展等方面深入解析L区的社区居家养老服务现状及存在的问题。在对L区的社区居家养老服务的探索中发现分等级、分层次的服务输送联动模式有利于带动辖区内各级养老资源的整合、提高养老
2、服务质量，完善社区居家养老服务体系。同时，本文总结设计了以长期保障制度为基础，以健全的社区居家养老服务网为中心，以便捷化的社区智慧养老服务系统为手段，调动各界力量，整合多方资源共同参与的社区居家养老服务体系。并借助物联网、互联网、服务网的“线上+线下”相结合的形式，打造“区级-街道-社区-家庭”四级联动的分级模式。该分级模式下不仅可以提高L区养老服务设施利用率，扩大养老服务覆盖率，实施精准化养老服务供给，优化养老服务管理,还能为我国社区居家养老社会工作服务提供宝贵的借鉴经验。关键词：社区居家养老；分级模式；老年人能力等级；养老联动服务；
