3、企业已经达到了9948家，近年来在新三板挂牌的企业数量稳步上升。新三板使科技型中小企业融资难的问题得到了有效的缓解。然而新三板的挂牌企业大都成立时间短，处于成长期，制度体系还需要进一步完善，因此，新三板挂牌企业的财务风险控制，对于企业获得可持续发展具有重要的作用。由于不同的企业财务现状不同，具有的行业特征不同，企业的经营环境不一样，所以，针对具体企业的实际特征研究财务风险的控制具有重要意义。本文以ZC公司为研究对象，在阐述ZC公司概况的基础上，对ZC公司的财务风险进行识别，并分析其风险的影响因素，从筹资风险、投资风险、营运风险以及成长风险四个维度，构建ZC公司的
4、财务风险评价指标体系，并确定指标权重，应用功效系数法，对ZC公司的财务风险进行评价，根据ZC公司2016年的财务数据得出评价结果，提出财务风险控制的策略。本文的研究可为ZC公司的财务风险识别和控制提供参考，对于提高ZC公司财务风险的控制水平具有重要意义。关键词ZC公司；财务风险；风险控制；功效系数法-I-ResearchonFinancialRiskControlofZCCompanyAbstractBytheendof2016,thenumberoflistedenterprisesinthenewthirdboardhasreached9948,andthe
