3、证券化发展的因素并提出针对性建议，意图丰富我国融资租赁资产证券化的理论研究，为融资租赁企业开展资产证券化业务提供参考和指导。本文在总结融资租赁资产证券化相关理论研究的基础上，主要运用案例分析法对代表产品招商固收-智慧融资租赁资产支持专项计划进行剖析。本文首先对我国融资租赁行业、融资租赁资产证券化产品的发行概况进行了研究，分析了融资租赁资产证券化的益处和风险点，结合交易所新规解读了适用性条件，并结合吉利控股集团发行的首单整车厂商融资租赁资产证券化产品深入讨论。最后总结了我国现阶段融资租赁资产证券化发展面临的参与度不够高、物权归属不明确、缺乏税收政策支

4、持以及评级机构不规范、监管不严格的阻碍。同时针对性提出了一些建议，比如：推进融资租赁资产证券化产品种类和投资者的多元化，推行联合资产证券化；完善税收法律制度，解决资产证券化过程中发票开具的问题，明确SPV的纳税细则；加强信息披露，培养评级中介机构的公信力，加大监管力度等。关键词：SPV融资租赁资产证券化I华中科技大学硕士学位论文AbstractThefactthatfinancialleasingcansimultaneouslyraisefundsandthingshasdriventherapiddevelopmentoftheindustry
