1、摘要摘要石墨烯或称纳米石墨片,是指一种由单层六角元胞碳原子组成的蜂窝状二维晶体。作为碳纳米管的组成,它和碳纳米管有着许多共同的性质,如很高的导热性和导电率。更重要的是它的厚度为0.34nm,尺度为几微米到几十微米,这样石墨烯有很高的长径比(长度和厚度的比值),使石墨烯能成为很好的场发射材料。本论文正是针对上述的特点,以石墨烯为研究对象,在深入分析石墨烯制备和改性机理的基础上,对石墨烯的制备工艺和石墨烯的应用作了创新性和探索性研究。主要内容为:1.详细研究了石墨烯的制备原理和流程,提出了不同的制备方法制备出氧化程度更高,稳定性更好的氧
2、化石墨烯。2.详细研究了各种石墨烯自支撑膜的制备方法,对方法进行了改良。对氧化石墨烯还原成石墨烯的机理进行详细的分析和研究。3.研究了石墨烯自支撑膜的场发射性能,并研究其场发射机理。4.采用等离子体处理的方法对石墨烯自支撑膜进行表面改性,研究其改性机制并对改性的条件进行对比和优化,并研究改性后的场发射性能提高的机理。5.研究石墨烯自身和改性后的亲疏水性能。6.石墨烯自支撑膜卷曲后的边缘场发射性能研究。7.以石墨烯自支撑膜作为柔性衬底,生长碳纳米管并研究其场发射性能。关键词:石墨烯,自支撑膜,场发射,柔性,等离子体处理ABSTRACT
