3、iledinthisAgreement,theProprietorherebytransfertherighttoproduceandpublishtheWorkinhardback/paperbackvolumeformintheChineselanguage(simplifiedcharacters)underthePublisher’simprint(hereaftertermedtheTranslation)forsaleinthemainlandterritoryofthePeople’sRepublicofChina,i

4、ncludingHongKongandMacao.ThePublishershallreproducetheProprietor’jacketdesignoftheWork,makeanyuseoftheProprietor’logo,brandsofcolophon,ontheconditionofgettingthepriorwrittenconsentoftheProprietor.ThisAgreementalsograntstherightsinrespectofsubsequenteditionsoftheWork.2.

5、PaymentThePublishershallmakethefollowingpaymentstotheProprietor,inaccordancewiththiscontracthereof,namely:ThesumofUSdollars______payableonsignatureofthisAgreementinadvanceandonaccountofanysumswhichmaybecomeduetotheProprietorunderthetermsofthisAgreement.Thesaidpayment
