2、mentbetweenyou(eitheranindividualorasingleentity)and5billion.forthe5billionS-Dialer(s)identifiedabovewhichmayincludeassociatedsoftwarecomponents,media,printedmaterials,and"online"orelectronicdocumentation("S-Dialer").Byinstalling,copying,orotherwiseusingtheS
3、-Dialer,youagreetobeboundbythetermsofthisEULA.Thislicenseagreementrepresentstheentireagreementconcerningtheprogrambetweenyouand5billion,(referredtoas"licenser"),anditsupersedesanypriorproposal,representation,orunderstandingbetweentheparties.Ifyoudonotagreeto
4、thetermsofthisEULA,donotinstallorusetheS-Dialer.TheS-Dialerisprotectedbycopyrightlawsandinternationalcopyrighttreaties,aswellasotherintellectualpropertylawsandtreaties.TheS-Dialerislicensed,notsold.1.GRANTOFLICENSE.TheS-Dialerislicensedasfollows:(a)Installat
5、ionandUse.5billiongrantsyoutherighttoinstallandusecopiesoftheS-DialeronyourmobiledevicerunningavalidlylicensedcopyoftheoperatingsystemforwhichtheS-Dialerwasdesigned.(b)BackupCopies.YoumayalsomakecopiesoftheS-Dialerasmaybenecessaryforbackupandarchivalpurposes
6、.2.DESCRIPTIONOFOTHERRIGHTSANDLIMITATIONS.(a)MaintenanceofCopyrightNotices.YoumustnotremoveoralteranycopyrightnoticesonanyandallcopiesoftheS-Dialer.(b)Distribution.YoumaynotdistributeregisteredcopiesoftheS-Dialertothirdparties.Evaluationversionsavailableford
7、ownloadfrom5billionswebsitesmaybefreelydistributed.(c)ProhibitiononReverseEngineering,Decompilation,andDisassembly.Youmaynotreverseengineer,decompile,ordisassembletheS-Dialer,exceptandonlytotheextentthatsuchactivityisexpresslypermittedbyapplicablelawnotwiths
