1、摘要本文调查了内蒙古呼和浩特市及周边11个苗圃和林场1-4年生油松(em"sTabulaeformisCart.)苗的外生菌根情况,描述了油松外生的菌根形态和解剖结构特征,估算了810株油松苗菌根感染率,在测量了油松苗的苗高、地径、茎干重和根干重的基础上计算了苗木质量指数,测定了各苗圃地土壤pFI值,比较了内蒙古大青山地区成年油松与苗圃幼龄油松苗在共生菌根菌组成上的差异。本研究根据外生菌根形态和解剖结构特征,初步确定与本次调查油松形成外生菌根的菌根真菌为担子菌,分属3个属,他们分别是乳牛肝菌属(S
2、uillusMich.exGray)、红菇属(RussulaGray)和毛革菌属(TomentellaPat.)真菌,且乳牛肝菌属真菌为呼和浩特市及周边苗圃油松苗的优势菌根菌;调查的11个苗圃的菌根感染率整体较低,菌根感染率和质量指数的相关分析表明,菌根感染率与苗木质量之间相关性很小;本次调查苗圃土壤都为碱性土,pH值在7.5左右;内蒙古大青山地区成年油松与苗圃幼龄油松苗在共生菌根菌组成上有差异。本研究的结果为菌根真菌筛选和菌根生物技术在油松苗圃育苗和大青山地区造林提供了理论依据。关键词:苗圃;油
