1、摘要钢框架、木楼盖结构住宅是一种新型的住宅形式，具有工业化程度高、施工速度快、绿色环保等特点。在传统钢结构住宅中引入木楼盖，改变了以往压型钢板混凝土楼盖需要进行湿作业的格局，从而大大突出了钢结构的优点，使得钢结构住宅更趋于向绿色可再利用的建筑发展。本文根据某住宅建筑施工图进行钢框架、木楼盖住宅结构的初步设计。用有限元软件对楼(屋)盖进行受力分析，得到合理的搁栅布置方式。利用SATWE对结构进行计算与分析，以满足承载能力和正常使用条件下取得良好的经济效益为目标，得到了结构布置方案及构件截面尺寸。利用SAP2000对该结构进行计算与分析，实现

2、了两个有限元软件计算结果的对比和印证。对传统钢结构、木结构的连接方式进行了探讨，通过分析确定了本结构构件之间的连接方式。在充分调研的基础上，结合钢木混合结构的特点，选择了保温材料，并对本结构的围护体系进行了设计。通过研究，得出了钢框架、木楼盖结构作为住宅从结构性能上来说是可行的，研究成果对于推动钢木混合结构住宅的发展以及对此结构形式的深入研究具有一定的指导意义和参考价值。关键词：钢结构；木结构；绿色环保；静力分析；动力分析AbstractSteel-frameandwoodenfloorstructureresidenceisanewre
