1、摘要随着科技的发展，当今社会的不安全因素越来越多，人们对安防系统的需求也日益增多。门禁系统和视频监控系统作为安防系统的重要组成部分，目前各自的发展已趋向于成熟，如何提高产品的附加值将是以后发展的重点。本文在对当今安防系统的发展研究的基础上，提出了将门禁系统和视频监控系统结合起来的设计方案。本文设计了一种人脸识别终端管理系统，该系统不仅能对人脸识别终端进行管理，还能完成视频监控功能。本文首先阐述论文的背景与主要研究内容，然后介绍系统使用的数据库SQLITE的特点和视频编解码FFMPEG的解码流程，接着对系统进行需求分析和总体设计，根据系统的模块划分，完成各个模块
