1、兰州大学硕士学位论文基于风险可接受水平的规划环境风险评价摘要我国规划环境风险评价还处在起步发展阶段，如何合理进行评价来反应规划区域的综合风险水平，相关的文献及参考资料还较为欠缺，对于评价内容、程序及方法仍在探索，尤其在判断一个规划区域的综合风险水平可接受性方面的研究内容有待提高。目前，规划环境风险评价内容空乏且不具有针对性，不能与规划区域的实际情况有效结合起来，是开展风险评价的一大障碍，使得风险评价未能在规划中得到广泛应用。因此对于规划环境风险评价的研究有待进一步的开展和完善。本文在查阅国内外相关文献的基础上

2、，探索性寻求规划环境风险评价的内容、程序及方法，并以嘉北工业园区(拓展区)风险评价为例进行案例分析。主要内容包括以下几方面：一、查阅国内外相关文献，分析规划环境风险评价的重要性、特点、现状存在问题及与建设项目环境风险评价区别，探索性的寻求适用于规划区域环境风险评价的内容、程序及方法。二、选用不同的情景，分析规划区域内各危险源之间发生多米诺效应的可能性，以此来确定区域综合风险。三、利用个人风险和社会风险作为风险表征来确定规划区域的风险可接受水平。四、以嘉北工业园(拓展区)的风险评价为例进行案例分析，为区域环境风
