1、一——一—一一兰a}}$fJ7`}}}J}f'T1丁丝摘要本文阐述了研究调度故障恢复操作票的必要性，探讨调度故障操作票的内容和形式，分析它与正常操作票系统的区别和开发难点。研究并开发一个地区电网调度故障操作票软件系统，具有以下特点:(1)提出一种恢复操作模型，根据故障恢复方案，自动生成操作任务。(2)研究并实现基于网络拓扑的误操作方法，能处理故障后的非正常运行方式，9!d.自动添加相应的操作任务。4‘!通过网络搜索，分析接线形式，可处理高压配网中的不同接线形式的一次设备操作。(5)可提供给用户操作术语描述的、格式化的操作票。
