1、湖南师范大学硕士学位论文论中职语文教师的个性化教学姓名：刘佳明申请学位级别：硕士专业：学科教学·语文指导教师：张良田20091101中文摘要近十多年来，“个性化教学”越来越成为我国基础教育改革研究的热点。教师是个性化教育改革的关键。在中职语文教学活动中，我们却很少看到真正意义上的个性化教学，特别是从教师角度入手结合中职语文教学实际研究如何实施个性化教学问题。本文从“以就业为导向”的中等职业教育的发展方针出发，针对目前中职语文教学的现状，结合时代要求和自己多年的教学实践，分析中职语文实施个性化教学的原因，确定个性与个性化教学的内涵，明确其基本特征和价值体现，最后从四个方面对中职语文教

2、师如何实施个性化教学作以下探索：一、教师要塑造自己的教学风格；二、教师对教材要有独特的处理能力；三、教师在课堂中要实施个性化教学策略；四、教师要注重生活化教学。本文力图通过研究中职语文教师实施的个性化教学，帮助中职语文教学摆脱尴尬地位，实现应有价值，以期促进中职语文教学改革，提升中职语文教学质量。关键词：中职，语文教师，个性化教学ABSTRACTThepast10years，”personalizededucation¨hasincreasinglybecomeahotresearchofChina’Sreformofbasiceducation．Teachersarethekey
