1、摘要摘要小文在中温条件F进行了生产性UASB反应器和小试EGSB反应器处理生产性淀粉废水的试验研究;同时,还利用扫描电镜对颗粒污泥的结构及细菌组成进行了定性分析。试验主要缔果如下:(】)UASB反应器采用出水外回流提高水力上升流速,经过97天的启动运行,形成了性能良好的颗粒污泥。反应器可在10kgCOD/(m3'd)容积负荷下稳定运行,出水cOD仅为200~400mg/L,其COD去除牢可达90%以上;颗粒污泥的最高沉速可达90m&,近60%的颗粒污泥沉速超60m/h(质量【t)。(2)EGSB反应器处理玉米淀粉生产废水具有很好的效果及很强的抗冲
2、击负荷能力。经过71天的启动运行,反应器容积负荷可达22kgCOD/(mLd),COD去除率ir均在90%以上。(3)UASB反应器培养出的颗粒污泥接种到EGSB反应器内,颗粒污泥有一个转型过程。颗粒污泥粒径先变小变大,其强度及活性分别由初期56kPa和O64kgCOD/(kgVSS·d)提高Nil-0140kPa以匕矛口o.93kgcOD/(kgVSSd)。(4)UASB反应器及EGSB反应器内颗粒污泥都存在分层结构,且最外层及次外层分别以产甲烷丝菌和球菌为主;其不同点是前者中心及半径的i/2处为大量无机质及因菌类死亡而留下的空洞,而后者为非常
