1、论文摘要大唐改革开放后所走过的产业集群发展道路，是整个浙江省产业集群发展的～个缩影，具有典型意义。我们拿大唐来进行研究，通过其国际化过程中的成败得失，不仅对浙江省的产业集群进程具有理论意义，还对中国产品如何更好地国际化有较强的借鉴意义。通过此文来分析内忧外患下的产业集群该如何创新，如何在新的社会分工中寻求自己的生存之道，把原来简单地利用国外技术、资金、市场，转变成主动融入国际贸易规则，建立完整的创新型体系，创新商业模式，建立更好的渠道，缩短贸易链，电子商务等方法，从而更好的融入全球大舞台，真正实现产业集群的国际化。本文从大唐袜业的产业集群国际化研究的背景、目的及意义作为开篇的切入点，通过国内外

2、产业集群相关研究为理论研究延伸的方向，设计本课题；在理论支撑平台上，文中阐述了产业集群理论的概念、形成路径，产业集群的特征、分类，产业集群国际化发展的几个阶段表现形式。大唐袜业作为我国产业集群国际化较有代表性的案例，通过对其产业集群国际化发展的过程、演进的特点以及成长的轨迹进行剖析，运用SWOT分析工具从优劣势，机会、威胁等几个方面论证其市场产业链形成与发展的内外部环境；大唐袜业产业集群国际化发展有其发展的偶然性和必然性，只有对其发展条件、生存法则等做较为客观的评价，才能研究得出一些能够被其他产业走集群国际化道路的参考方案，同时也能为大唐袜业产业集群国际化未来发展提出建设性的意见和建议。关键词
