1、全自动墙体砖压机机械结构及液压系统设计DesignofMechanicalStructureandHydraulicSystemofAutomaticHydraulicBrickPress摘要全自动液压砖压机作为压制力加工的重要设备,已经成为工业生产必不可少的装备之一。大型砖压机由于其自身结构和承载方式的特征,容易因刚度、机械强度不足和共振而发生机身损坏,这使得结构分析与优化成为了大型全自动液压砖压机设计的一个重要内容。本课题采用传统理论方法对全自动液压砖压机机身进行结构设计、计算和强度校核,采用CAD设计
2、软件及其他三维软件对上横梁、底座、上活动梁、下活动梁、主液压缸、立柱、总装图进行了工程绘图,在参考某公司生产的四梁四柱液压墙体砖液压机液压系统以及查阅大量关于液压系统设计的文献后,确定全自动液压砖压机的设计方案,并对其进行了可行性分析,最后对整个设计进行系统分析,得出整个设计切实可行。关键词:全自动液压砖压机;立柱;横梁IAbstractAutomatichydraulicbrickpressasanimportantpressureprocessingequipment,industrialproduct
