1、沈阳理工大学学士学位论文摘要数控车床的主传动系统设计及其三维建模,用于数控车床的优化,在机床工业中起到显著作用。实现机床主轴与交流变频电机的恒功率匹配,以满足机床加工的需要,通过实际情况对车床部分参数拟定,根据机床类型,规格及其他特点,了解典型工艺的切削用量,结合世界条件和情况,与同类机床对比分析确定:极限转速,公比,级数,主传动电机功率。从而完成车床主传动系统的设计,设计皮带轮和各传动轴、轴承,并且进行轴的刚度强速校核,根据拟定的参数通过结构网和转速图的分析,确定转动结构方案和转动系统图,计算各转动副的传动比及齿轮的
