2、herearevariousmethodstofabricateredphosphorssuchassolid—statereaction,Sol-gelprocess,combustionsynthesis,microwaveradiationmethodetc.Amongthesemethods,thesolidstatereactionwithadvantagesoflowcostandeasyprocessisusedinthispapertofabricatetheCaTi03:Prj+redphosphorsanddopedothersubstancestoimprovethe

3、luminescentperformanceofCaTi03:pr3+redphosphorsAtfirstthispaperisascertainedthebetweenthecomponentsoftheproportionsCaTi03:pr3+redphosphorsbasedonpreviousliteratureandmyexperiment.Onthebasisofthisproportionthebestsimeringatmosphere,temperature,timeandthemolarrationofCa/Tiweremadesnrebyspecifictests

4、.TheconcentrationrangesofPr6011,H3803,ZnOandtheconcentrationofchargecompensations(Na上、Li+、K_、A矿)werestudied.Theauxiliaryrareearthactivators(Gd203,Eu203,Tb407andDy203)wereadulteratedtOimprovetheluminescentperformanceofredphosphors.BasedonthestudyingofXRD,excitationspectraandemissionspectra,theresul

5、tsindicatethatthepurecrystallinephaseCaTi03:Pr3+withthemolarrationofCa/Ti21:IWaspreparedbysinteringat1200。Cfor2hinoxidationatmosphere,andtheconcentrationofPr6011israngedfromO.2%molto0.3%m01.whichdecaytimelast7min.Thebroadbandmainexcitationspectrumpeakingat323nmisduetochargetransitionofO(2p)一Ti(3d)

6、,andtheauxiliaryexcitationspectrumpeakingat385nmiSattributedto4f05dtransitionofP,+.Becausethe4felectronsofP,+arenotsensitivetothechangesofthecrystalsfieldduetotheshieldingfunctionofoutershell,SOtheemissionspectrapeakingat614nmascribedtothetransitionfrom1D2—3H4ofPrj+ionsdoesn’tvarywiththedifferentc
