1、浙江大学硕士学位论文摘要\、r晤性炭吸附法广泛应用于有机废气的净化,当废气中存在多种组分时,吸附情况变得复杂了。针对E脚4、制革、涂料等行业的排放尾气中广泛含有苯、甲苯和乙酸乙酯等有机物质,】本文对活性炭吸附法治理此类尾气的动力学进行了试验研究,并对固定床吸附器操作参数的优化进行了探索,以备工程设计时参考。实验表明,纯组分的吸附平衡与Langmuir方程非常吻合。多组分吸附的情况下,由于各组分之间的互相竞争和干涉,吸附能力强的组分能置换已被吸附的其它组分,使得各组分的穿透曲线发生明显变化。吸附能力相对较弱的组分的穿J,'透点明显提前,而吸附能力较强的组分的穿透时间则推迟了。对多组分吸附平衡,
2、本文分别利用E.L方程和IAST理论进行理论预测和分析,并与实验结果进行比较。结果表明,虽然E.L方程对吸附总量的预测与实验结果较为吻合,但它对各个组分吸附量的预测却经常产生正负偏差,平均误差常在20%以上。而IAST较好地消除了这种正负偏差,平均误差不超过10%,与实验结果更为吻合。对操作参数的研究表明,温度升高、气速过大或湿度增大将使活性炭吸附容量下降。适当的操作范围是:温度在40"C以内,气速在0.1~O.5m/s之间,湿度最好不超过40%。在此范围内,压降与气速的关系基本符合Ergun方程。关键词:多组分吸附,苯,甲苯,乙酸乙酯,穿透曲线,E-L方程,IAST磁{缘,布新墙幻/浙江大
