2、uresindeqonizedwaterandinorganicculturemedium.Fromstructureandnutritionpointsofview,feasibilityandeveryinfluencefactorwerediscussed.Also,theimmobilizeddeeolorizingstrainwassuppliedtodealingwithwastewatercontainingacidredB,theinfluenceofactivationtemperature,circumstancestemperature,
3、pHvalue,theamountofcarrierandmicrobe,therateofshaker,dyeconcentrationandsaltdegreeonthestraindeeolorizationwereinvestigated,andthedegradationofdifferentstructuredyewasalsostudied.TheprocessandprincipleofdegradationwereanalyzedthroughUV—Visspectnma.Itwasshowedthatsepiolitewasabletobe
4、anoptimumimmobilizationcartier.Notonlytheamountofmicroorganisminthesystemincreased,butalsotheofbacteriaindifferentcircumstancesenhanced.Theresultsalsoapplicabilityindicatedthatsepoiltebeat-treatedinairat400。Cwasthebestimmobilizedcarrierofthestrain,andthesuitableconditionsforimmobili
5、zedcellsweredeterminedasfollows:temperature33℃,pH7~9,120r/rainfortherateofshaker,72hforcombining.neoptimumconditionsforthedyedecolorizationofimmobilizedstrainweretemperature33"C,pH4~9,thecarderamountoflog/L,themicrobeamountof2%andtheshakerspeedof120r/rain,thehighestdecolorizingratec
