1、摘要为了揭示天然臭柏种群的风媒传粉机制,在鄂尔多斯市境内的毛乌素沙地整治开发研究中心的试验区,对天然臭柏种群的开花物候、生殖构件的空间分布、雌雄比例及空间分布、花粉活力、花粉飞散及空间分布特性与结实状况进行了研究。结果如下:毛乌素沙地天然臭柏种群的单花花期一般为11~13d,雌球花最佳可授期约为7d左右,可授期雌球花产生传粉滴而野外并未发现。开花同步指数在0.2498~0.4667之间。天然臭柏种群单位面积雄球花数量明显多于雌球花,二者之比约为6.27:1。试验地内天然臭柏群落的雌雄比例为0.61:1,雌雄种群的空间分布格局均表现为聚集分布。臭柏花
2、粉散粉早期花粉活力大,散粉末期花粉活力较小。散粉期内花粉密度出现双峰型,散粉期花粉密度时变化与气象因子逐步回归分析表明,花粉散发与温度、相对湿度有关,与风速作用不显著;不同方位的花粉密度受主风频率影响,主风方向花粉密度占58.07%。花粉最远传播距离为7m,花粉空问分布为聚集型,花粉密度与座果率密切相关,雌球花周围的花粉密度为8l_59粒/cⅢ2.d~436.94粒/c廿.d,座果率为O~31.25%。结果表明:臭柏种群开花同步性、生殖构件数量、雌雄比例及空间分布、花粉活力、花粉飞散及空间分布特性对种子的产量和产量均有影响。关键闻:传粉机制;花期物
