2、~4口井因井塌而报废。为此,优选防塌抑制性能强的SRIPE-inhibitor系列抑制剂代替B10CAT抑制剂,并添加非渗透剂SMT3、弹性石墨和碳酸钙等封堵材料,形成了非渗透强抑制防塌钻井液。室内抑制性能评价结果表明,非渗透强抑制防塌钻井液比BIOCAT钻井液具有更强的防塌抑制性能,膨胀率降低1O百分点以上,回收率提高60~70百分点,坍塌周期延长1倍。阿根延圣豪尔赫湾油田24口井应用了非渗透强抑制防塌钻井液,与应用BIOCAT钻井液的邻井相比,井塌明显减少,二开井段井径扩大率由100降至1O,钻井周期缩短15,钻井成本降低1O。这表明,非渗透强抑制防塌钻井液可解决阿根廷圣豪尔赫湾
