1、中文摘要本论文分析了山东省鱼台县某工业园区环境现状及面临的严峻形势，指出了制约该工业园区发展的主要因素为废水无处可排。本论文详细调研了该工业园区废水的产生及排放情况，并对污水再生回用的途径、工艺进行阐述分析，从淮河流域水污染防治的政策要求出发，并结合相关工程实践，根据工业园的实际情况，通过工程技术手段，对包含火电、煤矿和化工的工业园区废水污染防治进行了整体规划。规划的主要内容一是将矿井水与矿区生活污水分流，提高矿井水处理能力及效率，处理后用于热电厂循环冷却水补充水。二是将工业园内各项目生产区和煤矿

2、生活区的生活污水集中收集处理后部分回用于电厂循环冷却水补充水和绿化、消防等。通过工程建成投运后半年来的运行监测数据表明，回用水质和排放水质均满足规划要求和地表水质量标准，减少了园区项目新鲜用水量和地下水开采量，既满足环保要求又为企业降低投资及成本，取得了很好的循环经济效益，为推进工业同区工业和生活污水再生利用实践提供了有益的借鉴。关键词：水资源再牛水回用规划工程示范污水处理厂运行监测ABSTRACRTThispaperanalyzedthestateofenvironmentandthesever
