2、2。通过综合考虑剖面类型、井眼曲率、靶前距以及钻柱受力等多种因素,对垣平1井可钻达地质目标的各种轨道进行了优化设计,最大程度地降低了摩阻扭矩,增加了井眼延伸距离,降低了井眼的狗腿度。另外,通过对该大位移井的钻具组合和井身结构等方面进行优化设计,为该井的安全施工和顺利完钻提供了保证,该井三开钻进2660m水平段仅用了15.79d,平均机械钻速17.59m/h,创下了大庆油田完钻水平段最长、全井安全无复杂事故的记录。实现了该井评价分析扶余油层薄互层储层及探索提高低渗透油层产量的钻探目的。关键词:垣平1井;井身剖面;井眼曲率;大位移;优化设计;摩阻扭矩中图分类号:TE243 文献标
