2、：为解决海洋表层地层松软、易被冲刷，定向钻进、特别是扩眼钻进困难，易产生新井眼、与邻井相碰的钻井工程难题，提出了一种先钻小尺寸领眼，再用双扩眼器“一开双眼”定向扩眼钻进表层，然后下入表层双尺寸复合套管的海洋表层钻井作业方式。结合随钻测量仪器MWD和陀螺工具，南海莺歌海域崖城13—1一A16井表层先用0444．5mm钻具定向钻领眼，再用0558．8mm和711．2mm扩眼器将领眼定向扩眼到O558．8mm和O7l1．2nlin井眼，随后下入0473．075mm和0660．4mm复合导管并固井，保障了疏松表层造斜效果，防止了扩眼作业中扩眼钻具对0444．5
