1、摘要摘要火力发电厂中各类大型风机、水泵是最主要的耗电设备。这些设备长期连续运行并常常处于变负荷运行状态,风机风量的调整靠其入口的风门挡板来调节,效率低,造成巨大的能源浪费。本文针对包头第二热电厂的实际情况,详细搜集了厂内的耗能设备的数据资料,通过分析各项经济指标及完成情况,得出在节能技术改造时应重点针对电厂风机、水泵等辅机设备。分析了风机类设备调速的基本原理,对改造的节能效果进行了估算。通过对离心风机的结构和节能方法分析,比较了多种调速方法的特点,确定变频调速是引风机有效的技术节能手段,并提出设备变
2、频技术改造的具体方案。从引风机的节能原理出发,确定了对应的变频系统结构和参数。最后,给出了变频器操作流程和注意事项,并对改造前、后的效果进行了对比,证明采用变频调速控制方式将大大提高风机设备的运行效率,改善风机工况,达到了节能降耗、降低生产成本的目的,直接和间接经济效益十分明显。关键词:电厂,功率设备,引风机,变频调速,节能I摘要ABSTRACTVarioustypesoflargefansandpumpsarethemainpowerequipmentinthermalpowerplants.Lo
