1、华北电力大学硕十学位论文摘要根据电力系统电压稳定性问题的特点以及大系统递阶控制理论，并考虑到目前二级电压控制系统存在的一些问题以及我国电网的现状，提出了新的分层电压控制方案—在线稳态递阶电压控制，同时建立了控制系统的模型。采用基于扩展潮流方程雅可比矩阵的特征结构分析法寻找系统中电压稳定性最差的区域，并通过在线寻优的方法对此区域进行协调控制。另外，在线寻优过程中通过引入发电机参与因子保证了各发电机上无功功率的合理分配，以进一步提高系统电压。最后以NewEngland和等值系统系统为例进行数字仿真，验证了新的分层电压控制方案的有效性。关键
