1、摘要大型建设项目具有投资额大、周期长、涉及面广、风险大等特点，并会对社会产生巨大的经济和社会影响。这些特点都要求我们必须用谨慎负责的态度对待从项目构思开始的每一个环节。从项目整个生命周期的角度来看，项目的建设阶段是投资较大、风险也较集中的阶段，这也使在项目建设期前做好对项目管理的规划显得尤为重要。本文首先从制定的主体、所处的项目阶段和所面向的研究对象等三个方面，界定了文中项目管理规划的内涵，从而进一步确定了本文的研究内容。主要包括以下几方面内容：对项目环境的调查和研究、对项目目标的分析、项目结构分解的运用、项目管理模式和组织策略的研究、项目管理组织的建

2、立等。论文在研究中始终紧扣大型建设项目的项目特点，力求用综合计划的思想建立各部分内容之间的联系，在分析中综合运用了系统论、权变观和组织论的基础理论。本文的研究依托南京地下铁道项目、南京河西新城区建设项目、南京奥体中心项目等大型建设项目，注重理论与工程实践的结合，并在论文的最后以南京奥体中心项目为例，进行了项目管理规划研究的具体应用。关键词：大型建设项El项目管理规划项目组织项目结构分解AbstractLargescaleofconstructionprojectscharacterizedbyhugeamountofinvestment，longlif
