2、少井高产、高效开发，采用了人工端岛丛式井为主的海油陆采方式，近两年来打出了诸多高水平的大位移水平井(最高位移垂深比3．92)。文中介绍了ZH8Es．H5大位移水平井实施过程中井身结构和井眼轨迹优化、摩阻扭矩预测与控制、井眼轨迹精确控制、保持井壁稳定及井眼清洁、大井斜长稳斜井段套管下入、环空ECD监测、井眼防碰、优质钻井液应用等多项先进技术或措施，对大位移水平井的设计、施工具有较高的借鉴意义。关键词：大港油田；大位移水平井；钻井；轨迹控制；摩阻扭矩中图分类号：TE243文献标识码：ADrillingtechnologyforZ
