1、信号处理与分析电传导关系,并提供更直观的视觉来观察细胞的生物现象。综上所述,本文对光学标测系统标测离体兔心的实验数据进行处理和分析,分别显示各种图像和波形,反映实在的心脏电信号活动,并与计算机模拟的信号进行比较,结合心脏电生理计算机模拟技术,探索心脏纤颤的发生机制和电击除颤的机理,并利用实测的实验数据完善心脏电生理的计算机模型。各种功能图像更充分地显示心肌细胞复极异质性,从此阐明严重心律失常、功能性折返、扭转性室速和纤颤等的机理,有助于抗心律失常药物的药理分析和电击除颤机理等项研究以及心脏起搏器或除颤器程控功能的设计。关键词:光学标测电压敏感膜电位
