2、种源幼苗叶片在T1处理下过氧化物酶(POD)活性显著高于对照,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性低于对照,但在T2处理下,不同种源的SOD又表现出较高活性;T1和T22种高温胁迫,其丙二醛含量变化规律不明显,脯氨酸含量显著增加;可溶性蛋白随胁迫程度的加重,其含量变化趋势为先升后降;热胁迫下,各种源幼苗叶片可溶性糖含量变化规律不一致。关键词:希蒙得木;热胁迫;生理生化指标中图分类号:S718;Q94578文献标志码:A文章编号:2095-1914(2011)03-0001-06PhysiologicalResponsesofSimmondsiachinensisSeedlingstoHighT

5、sdecreasedandthecellmembranepermeabilityincreasedundertheheatstress.ThePODactivityofalldifferentprovenancesunderT1treatmentwassignificantlyhigherthanthatoftheCK,whiletheSODactivityofdifferentprovenanceswaslowerthanCKunderthesamestress.UndertheT2treatment,theSODactivityofdifferentprovenanceswashig
6、her.TherewasnodistinctlawofchangeintheMDAcontent,butwithsignificantincreaseofprolinecontentunderbothT1andT2heattreatment.Alongwiththedevelopmentofthehightemperaturestress,thecontentofsolubleproteinincreasedatfirstandthendecreasedwiththeincrementofheatstressdegree.Underheatstress,thesolublesugarco
