1、摘要盖形螺母,包括螺母体和盖帽,其技术解决方案是螺母体和盖帽为分体结构,两者通过焊接连接。采用分体结构后,螺母体可采用现有的标准螺母,加工时只需制造盖帽并将盖帽焊接在标准螺母上就可以了,大大降低了制造的难度。盖形螺母广泛应用于汽车配件,机械设备,电子器材,通讯设备,五金灯饰,建筑桥梁,家具装修等相关行业,其市场需求量巨大。采用冷挤压工艺生产不但能降低生产成本,提高生产效率;而且提高了零件的精度和表面质量,改善了强度和韧性,减少了切削加工量,也改善了零件的组织性能。所以,在此对汽车盖形螺母的成形工艺及模具设计进行研究
2、。在挤压过程中一般采用有预成形的多道次挤压工艺。其中的关键是如何合理分配材料变形程度,控制材料流动,减少过度变形,从而得到合格的零件。本文探讨了盖形螺母挤压的可行性,通过对产品零件图的分析,制定了几种工艺方案并进行分析比较,在选择最优方案的同时也制定了工艺流程。在此基础上详细地介绍了盖形螺母挤压模具的设计过程。关键词:盖形螺母,冷挤压,模具设计,成形工艺ABSTRACTCapnut,includingnutbodyandcap,thetechnicalsolutionisthenutbodyandcapforfis
