1、湘潭大学硕士论文基于智能信号处理的复杂背景下车牌识别系统研究AbstractWiththedevelopmentofcomputer,imagerecognition,artificialintelligenceandsoon,theresearchofspecialobjectrecognitionundercomplexbackgroundhasbecomeaforelandinthefieldofscience.Thusitisofgreatimportanceindailylife,nationaldefenseandmilitaryaffairs.
2、Asaspecialcaseofthespecialobjectrecognitionundercomplexconditions,CLPR(CarLicensePlateRecognition)ispresentedinthispaper.Licenseplatelocation,charactersegmentationandrecognitionarestudiedrespectively,andsomeeffectivesolutionsrelatedtoabovethreeaspectsareproposedatthesametime.Inthes
3、tageoflicenseplatelocalization,firstlylicenseplate’sRGBmodelistransformedtoHSVmodel,colorquantificationandcolorfilteraremadebeforethresholdingthelicenseplatewithanapproachofedgecolor-pairs.Basedontheabovepreprocessing,conditionaldilation,amorphologymethodandconnectiveareasdetection
4、algorithmareputforward.Thenthefalselicenseplateregionsareeliminatedonebyoneaccordingtothecriterionsdesignedtojudgewhetheraconnectiveareacandidatebelongstoatruelicenseplate,andoneormorelicenseplatesinanimagecanbelocatedbyadoptingthemethod.Finally,gradientdetectionbasedonlineprojecti
5、onisproposed,whichcanadjustthedistortedlicenseplatetohorizontalposition.Anadvantageforthemethodisthattheobviouslicenseplateborderisnotnecessary,whichmakesupforHoughtransformation.Inthestageofcharactersegmentation,imagepreprocessingsuchastransformingcolorimageintograyscaleimage,hist
6、ogramuniformandOtsuthresholdingismadebeforecharactersegmentation.Thencluster-basedmethod,colligatingmultifeatureoflicenseplate,forcharactersegmentationispresentedbyanalyzingthecharacterruptureandconglutination,whichsegmentedthecharactersinoneortworowscorrectly.Inthestageofcharacter
