2、泥岩坍塌压力高，掉块严重；钻井液性能不能满足安全钻井的要求；定向井段井眼轨迹控制得不好，井身质量差；钻井主承包商人员经验不足。该油田在后续井的钻井中有针对性地采取了以下措施：用合成基钻井液替代水基钻井液；提高钻井液密度；控制井眼轨迹，提高井身质量；优选钻头；更换服务商和现场服务人员。后续的4口井由于采取了以上技术措施，保证了井下安全，有效提高了钻井速度，缩短了钻井周期，加快了StubbCreek边际油田的勘探开发速度。关键词：钻井；事故处理；合成基钻井液；井眼轨迹；尼日利亚；StubbCreek边际油田；S5井中图分类号：TE28文献标识码：B文章编号：100
