2、的声学特性,并与有限元仿真计算结果相对比,验证实验值的准确性。其次,分别研究空滤器壳体、滤芯材料的消声量、传递损失,发现滤芯结构的存在,在中高频尤其是500Hz以上大大提升空滤器的消声性能,而对中低频影响微小。再者,搭建发动机台架进行试验,对比分析安装空滤器总成前后进气口噪声的声压级水平。先后进行稳态工况、加速工况试验,发现空滤器总成几乎在全频段内对进气噪声均有明显的降噪功能。最后,提取稳态工况进气口声压频谱,编程处理数据,分析进气口噪声声品质水平,研究空滤器总成对进气口响度、尖锐度的影响。为进一步研究并提高发动机进气口噪声声品质提供基础
