3、ery,littlecomplication,shortanesthesiatime.Asaresult,MIShasbeenappliedextensively.However,doctorscanonlyseeoperationareathroughendoscope,whichhasgreatlylimiteddoctors’sightrange.SothischaracteristicofMIShasbroughtsignificantdifficultytosurgeons,wholargelydependonexperiencetoperformsuchs
4、urgery.Thisfacthasrenderedtheimportanceofpre-surgerytraining.ThepurposeofthevirtualsurgerysystempresentedbythisthesisistoassistinprovidingMIStrainingenvironmentfordoctorsbytheaimofcomputervirtualrealitytechnology,sothatitwilltakelesstimeandcostontrainingbeforedoctorscanactuallyperformth
5、esurgery.ThemainpurposeofthisthesisistoresearchhowtorenderarealisticsurgicalsceneforMISandbuildadecoupledstructureforvirtualsurgerysystemplatform.FirsthalfofthisthesishasfocusedonnumericalmethodofNavier-Stokesequationsusingfluiddynamicstheoryinordertosimulateinternalbleedingwhichwillobs
