1、华东理工大学硕士学位论文第I页软测量建模方法及其应用摘要本文以连续催化重整装置再生器氧含量为研究对象，研究了软测量建模方法及其应用，主要内容包括以下几个方面:1.提出了一种NARMAX模型的模糊辨识方法。该方法基于Takagi-Sugeno模糊模型，其基本思想就是用线性ARMAX模型来近似描述NARMAX模型。理论上已经证明，当不限定模糊规则数时，Takagi-Sugen。模型具有无限逼近功能，这为此种方法提供了理论依据。这种非线性模型的线性化方法具有较强的适用性。2提出了一种基于粗糙集理论的辅助变量的选择方法。首先将连续变量离散化，建立决策表，在此基础上研究了条件属性对决

2、策属性的重要性，从而选出重要性比较大的变量作为辅助变量。此方法可以减少冗余信息，降低模型的复杂性。3.研究了支持向量机及其在软测量技术中的应用，并且用基于函数拟合的支持向量机建立了氧含量的软测量模型。4.结合工业实际应用建立了部分最小二乘回归模型，实际应用效果表明这种方法比较方便实用。文中分别用上述方法建立了氧含量的软测量模型，经现场采集的数据验证，表明各种模型都具有较高的精度。关键词’软瞥氧含量部分最小二乘回归粗糙集支持向量机第11页华东理工大学硕士学位论文ModelingMethodsofSoft-SensingandTheirApplicationsABSTRACTI
