1、丫“7220摘要直齿锥齿轮精锻加工CAD/CAE摘要本文开发了一套针对直齿锥齿轮精锻加工工艺过程的CAD/CAE系统,在吸取传统工艺设计优点的基础上,结合计算机辅助设计和辅助分析的特点,从用户所需求的产品和加工设备出发,经尺寸输入、选材、下料、加热方式和参数选择、齿形精锻模的设计、切边模的设计,直到后续机加工工艺制订、工装夹具设计、检测,至化学热处理工艺选择及参数确定、磨削加工工艺参数选择,形成了一个完整、严谨的系统。根据现有资料和经验数据,针对直齿锥齿轮中最为常见的汽车后桥差速器行星齿轮和半轴齿轮,具体编制了切边模设计模块、机械加工工艺制订模块和工装
2、夹具设计模块。to内容包括:系统各窗体和子窗体的创建;模具、夹具等零件相关尺寸参数的计算;切边凹模齿廓曲线拟合和精度分析;模具、夹具材料数据库的建立:机床、刀具和量具等数据库的创建和查询;车削、拉削、磨削和钻削等工艺决策逻辑的建立;基于生成式CAPP原理的机加工工艺规程的自动生成;工序简图的生成以及部分零件的三维造型0)剖析了ActiveXAutomation技术和AutoCAD2000提供的Automation的编程接口和对象模型,以VisualBasic6.0为客户语言,实现了100余类模具、夹具的二维参数化图形的自动生成。此外,本论文对切边模的三
