1、广西大学硕士学位论文我国股票价格指数功能研究姓名：刘长虎申请学位级别：硕士专业：财务管理指导教师：黄绥彪20040601我国股票价格指数功能研究摘要股票价格指数是衡量股票市场总体价格水平及其变动趋势的尺度，它的主要功能是为市场提供基准和作为金融产品创新的基础。股价指数的功能得以充分地发挥有助于股票市场的建设、发展和完善。我国目前正处于从计划经济向市场经济转型的时期，整个资本市场体系包括股票市场尚不成熟，股权分置和市场集中度低就是其主要特征。在这种特定的市场环境下，如何编制我国的股价指数，使其能发挥应有的功能，是摆在每一个关心我国股票市场发展的人而不仅仅

2、是管理层面前的一个难题。本文通过对在不同的市场特征影响下，以综合指数作为基准指数和以成份股指数作为基准指数的对比分析和实证分析，来说明成份股指数和以发行量加权的综合指数在行使指数的基准功能方面都存在不足，这样，就自然得出一个结论——构造以流通量为权数的综合指数来为市场提供基准。另外，通过对国外发达市场上金融产品创新历程的回溯和对其现状的分析，来探讨如何开发、设计和丰富我国的可投资指数产品体系，以加快我国金融产品创新的步伐为桥梁，进而促进我国股票市场乃至资本市场不断地发展和壮大。关键词：股票价格指数股权分置ETFsTheresearchoffunctio
