1、摘要高速切削是一种广泛应用于航空航天、模具、汽车等工业的先进制造技术,它能显著提高生产率,改善加工质量,降低成本。但是,高速切削面临刀具磨损快,刀具寿命短的问题。因此,刀具磨损的监测是高速切削研究中的重要问题和难题。综合考虑高速切削的复杂性和各种传感器的优缺点,本论文采用基于切削力信号的刀具监测法。通过用涂层硬质合金铣刀进行高速铣削淬硬钢试验,研究了切削参数和切削力的关系,试验结果表明:在高速范围内,主切削力(切向分力)随切削速度的增大而减小,径向切深的增大使切削力成比例线性增大口同时,作者研究了高速铣削中刀具的磨损机理
2、,以及刀具磨损对切削力静态分量和动态分量的影响,并且对切削力信号进行时域和频域的处理和分析,最后提取了3个特征量:径向分力静态分量与切向分力静态分量的比值R,切向分力静态分量频谱的振幅增长率A,径向分力动态分量与切向分力动态分量功率谱的切削频率峰值之比P。根据前面研究,提出了基于切削力信号的多特征刀具磨损监测方法,并经试验证明了该方法的可行性和有效性。关键词:高速切削:切削力:刀具磨损:淬硬钢AbstractHighspeedmachining(HSM)isanadvancedmanufacturingtechnolog
