1、湖南师范大学硕士学位论文试论唐朝前期的教育立法姓名：刘瑞清申请学位级别：硕士专业：中国古代史指导教师：曹松林20050401摘要本文应用现代教育法的内容体系全面整理唐朝的教育立法，并在此基础上对其作全面的评价。全文共分为四个部分：第一部分对唐朝的教育立法进行定位，分析其现存状况，并简要介绍本文的写作思路。第二部分介绍了唐朝教育立法制定的历史背景。教育立法随着教育内容的发展及法律水平的提高而发展的。魏晋南北朝时期的教育改革直接孕育了唐朝的教育立法；隋朝的教育改革是向唐朝教育模式过渡的一次尝试：唐朝的

2、教育立法与唐朝的教育改革是同步进行的。教育立法在这一时期也得到了一定程度的发展，教育逐渐独立化，统治者有意识地管理教育的能力提高，成文法法律逐步加强，。第三部分对唐朝前期有关官学教育立法的内容进行了整理。1．总则2．教育基本制度3．学校及其它教育机构4．教师和其他教育工作者5．受教育者6．教育投入与条件保障7．法律责任第四部分是对唐朝前期教育立法的历史评价。从积极意义和局限性两方面进行了全面评价。积极意义：唐朝通过教育立法，倡导了重教尊师的良好风气：建立了完备的教育体系；创立了许多教育管理制度，影
