2、导下由船上轮机部具体负责实施。因为船舶动力装置的复杂性、船舶航行条件的多变性、发生事故后果的严重性，所以探讨如何对轮机进行经济性管理，减少故障，从而提高船舶的营运效率非常重要。众所周知，管理的水平对动力装置的可靠性有很大的影响，而且直接关系到船舶运行的经济性。本文从分析船舶动力装置的可靠性出发，首先探讨了如何管理才能减少故障，从而使船舶动力装置的可靠性提高；另一方面，探讨了如何合理地使用和分配人力、财力和物力，减少浪费和内耗，降低成本，从而使船舶更加经济地运行。√关键词：动力装置，技术，经济，管理。义Z《Abstr
