1、黑龙江中医药大学硕士学位论文复方泽漆散治疗肺癌机理的实验研究姓名:009申请学位级别:硕士专业:中医临床基础指导教师:吴红洁2003.5.1摘要本研究以移植性C。,BL/6J小鼠Lewis肺癌及S180荷瘸鼠的动物模型为研究对象,通过复方泽漆教对移植瘤抑瘸率的影响,从病理形态学(光镜、电镜、免疫组化)方面探究本方抑制肺癌的l乍用机理。实验结果显示:(I)本方中剂量缀对肿瘤细胞有明显的抑制作用,其抑瘸率大于30%,与生理盐水组比较有显著性差异(P<0。05);(2)通道光镜、电镜观察辨瘸缡胞豹瘸理形态及超微结构证实:本方有促进肿瘤细胞凋亡和坏死,抑制肿
2、瘤细黪有丝分裂的作用,并可影响线粒体鹣形态露功缝;(3)本方中、高剂量组能影响肿瘸细胞的生长调控,明显下调瘸组织内TGF-B。静表达;(4)本方糍裁量缝豹掷瘤率与镜下形态改交积TGF-B;阳性表达情况不符。综合本实验研究的结果分析,我们认为,本方鲍抗瓣瘩终精确甥,棍懋复杂。本方魏俸鲻枫毽主要必促进瓣瘤细胞的凋亡和坏死,抑制肿瘸细胞的有丝分裂,降低TGF-B.的表达,影噙线粒体的形态和功能。并发现本方蕊、中、低剂量组的作用各有侧重,但中剂量组效果最好。谌之,本研究揭示了簸方泽漆散的部分作用视遴,傻因中药复方作用的多靶点及其研究中存在的客观复杂性,提示我
