2、析了重晶石粉和微锰粉的微观形态和粒度分布,并将其按一定比例复配为加重剂,配制出2.85~2.90kg/L的超高密度钻井液,高温老化后进行流变性、滤失性和沉降稳定性的评价试验。试验结果表明:纯度较高的重晶石粉能够配制出具有良好流变性、悬浮稳定性的超高密度钻井液,且高温高压滤失量小;用重晶石粉和密度更高、粒径较小的微锰粉复配加重,高温老化后钻井液的黏度和动切力下降,流变性有一定改善,但高温高压滤失量增大。综合考虑钻井液性能、经济性和实用性,建议用性价比相对较高的重晶石粉为加重剂。用重晶石粉加重的2.75~2.89kg/L的超高密度钻井液在官深1井三开井段进行了现场
