3、platformisanurgentissuetobesolved.IEC61970standardsprovidetechnicalsupportstodealwiththisissue.DevelopingplatformandapplicationsbasedonIEC61970standardshasbecomethetechnicaltrendsinEMSdomain.TheconstitutingofIEC61970standardsisanimportantmilestoneonthepr
4、ogressofEMS,andwillimpacttheprogressofEMSpermemantlyandactively.Errorbreakerorswitchstatewilldirectlyleadtoerrortopologyinpowergrid,andshakethemathematicalbasisofstateestimationbasedontheprincipleofweightedleastsquareandseriouslyinfluencethepoweranalysis
